We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food production, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food preparation. If you have a passion for culinary arts, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in the restaurant industry, we would love to hear from you.
We are looking for someone with experience to take control of the F&B department to include the Restaurant, Bar and Functions. The George Albert Hotel is popular with both leisure and corporate guests and caters for conferences, weddings and other events. You will be working 40 hours per week - 5/7 days to include evenings and weekends.
